SECURITY VIDEO INSPECTOR v0.9.0.31 — WINDOWS PORTABLE RELEASE

This portable executable uses TechXplored production licensing. It is the
production application distributed as a folder rather than an installer.

Extract the entire folder and run SecurityVideoInspector.exe. Keep the _internal
folder beside the executable. The application is unsigned. Python, Qt, RapidOCR,
and the local OCR models are included. FFmpeg and FFprobe remain external tools.

LICENSING

The build signs in through the system browser and connects to the production
licensing service. It supports explicit trial start, activation, refresh, direct
deactivation of this computer, offline approval display, and Manage billing.
The server decides access. A redirect, email address, checkout result, or local
flag alone cannot unlock processing. Existing videos and results remain intact
when processing access is unavailable.

SOURCE VIDEO MANAGER

The Source Video Manager opens first. Select a file to go to Inspect or select a
folder to build the library. Browse by managed folder, set, date, and hour; filter by
inspection/review state; sort the available metadata columns; and optionally show
thumbnails. Each video can belong to one named set. First-frame timestamps are read while thumbnails are generated, then
filename time and the earlier created/modified date are used as fallbacks.

Refreshing first-thumbnail timestamp metadata preserves the expanded set,
date, and hour branches, the selected row, and the library scroll position. If
OCR corrects a recording into another date or hour, the open branch follows that
recording to its corrected group.

INSPECT AND REVIEW

Inspect can automatically search for the visible timestamp and retains saved
settings and zones when reopened from Review. Review includes focus/ignore zones,
event sensitivity controls, timeline locking, bookmarks, review points, rotation,
clip export, and the first enhancement panel. Combined-review controls appear
only when a real batch or combined session is loaded.

Inspection opens source videos read-only. The separate Archive action moves a
selected video only when you choose it.
Catalog data and review marks use the existing video library in the current
Windows user's application-data folder. This library is shared with earlier
SVI builds. Production sign-in and subscription data remain separate from the
video library.
